How to Order you New Kit Home

HOW DO I BUY FROM YOU?

1. Select one of our standard plans or provide us a sketch of your custom design.

2. Choose the finishes you would like your home to have.

3. We will provide you with a written tender valid for 90 days.

4. Bring in your 5% Deposit and Home Owners Warranty Insurance, we will draw your plans, get your BASIX certificate and prepare your contract.

5. Plans are approved by your local authority.

6. When you are ready to start building, 20% of your tender price is required for us to begin ordering your materials.

7. Foundations are done by you or your concretor.

8. Stage One is delivered - frames, roofing, windows and cladding.

9. Stage Two is delivered – doors, internal linings.

10. Stage Three is delivered – kitchen, vanities, toilets, tiles etc.

11. Delivery dates are nominated by you.

OR you can have “Plans Only”

If you have a house to sell or are not quite ready to put your project into construction but want to put your approvals in place. We can supply you with plans for submission to council for just 5% of your quoted price.
